This program is designed specifically for adults who wish to enhance their skills in hockey. The course consists of warm-up activities, skating and stick-handling drills, and game play. Fundamental movement skills build coordination, agility and balance. The program is intended to maximize ice time for participants. CSA-approved hockey helmet. Full hockey equipment is required
