Description

This program is designed to develop lifesaving strokes, build on fitness skills and provide a preliminary expectation of Aquatic Leadership courses. This is not a pass/fail course. This is a perfect introduction to those that have not swam in a while or who need a stroke refresher to successfully complete Aquatic Leadership courses.
