Description
A Beginners skating program designed to introduce basic skating skills to preschoolers with the assistance from their parent. The children gain confidence in their skating abilities through various activities. Instructors lead parents and children through various games and activities to make the child reach a comfort level on the ice. Parents must have competent skating ability in order to help their child during the program and may only accompany one child on the ice. C.S.A. Approved hockey helmets are MANDATORY with face mask (including adult accompanying child); ski gloves/mitts and warm clothing are required. NOTE: Bicycle and ski helmets are not acceptable. Sorry, failure to arrive with proper equipment will result in non-participation. Please wear warm clothing. Parent Participation is required.
