To register after on line registration has closed, please contact groupfitness@markham.ca Offers a functional approach to strength and flexibility training with exercises created to strengthen abdominal and back muscles while developing pelvic stability and abdominal control. Pilates increases flexibility and strength, improves posture and coordination, and harmonizes mind and body. Please bring your own mat to class.
