Description

These beginners become comfortable jumping into water with and without a personal floatation device. They learn to open their eyes and exhale underwater and retrieve objects off the bottom. They work on floats and moving through the water on their front and back. Swimmer 1: eight children to one instructor, Swimmer 1 - Small Group: four children to one instructor.
