Description
Kick it up a notch by working towards a 50- 100-metre swim. Learn to perform dive entries and demonstrate breaststroke arms and breathing over 25 metres. Develop sculling skill and strengths over 10 metres and show off your handstands in shallow water. Prerequisite: 15 years Adult 1. Adult 2; Small Group: four participants to one instructor. Please note: We do not guarantee female staff; male staff may be present.
