Description

These intermediate swimmers swim five metres underwater and lengths of front, back crawl, whip kick, and breaststroke arms with breathing. Swimmers also complete the Canadian Swim to Survive® Standard. They finish it all off with front crawl sprints over 25 metres and 4 x 25 metres front or back crawl interval training. Small Group: four children to one instructor. Prerequisites: 5 years, Swimmer 3.
