This recreational camp is perfect for participants who are interested in learning RG skills in a variety of fun and creative ways. They will learn the gymnastics terminology, stretching techniques, the beginning elements of rhythmic gymnastics and acrobatics, as well as how to improve their posture, grace, coordination, balance, and strength and the use of the apparatus.
