Description

This intense basketball program is for the skilled player or those who want to improve their skills. Staff are on hand to coach, refine skills and motivate individuals. Coaches analyze a player's game play and help them improve specific skills. Special attention is placed on strategic play, defence, shooting, passing, dribbling, footwork, speed and agility.
