Description
Learn and play ball hockey. Learn a variety of scoring skills, including wrist shots, snap shots, backhand shots, and passes. Practice defensive techniques including stick lifts, gap control, and zone clears. Participants must provide their own CSA-approved hockey helmet with face mask.
