Description

Swimming includes 600m workouts, 300m timed swims, and a 25m object carry. First aid includes bone or joint injuries and respiratory emergencies. Lifesaving skills include defense methods, victim removals, rolling over, and supporting a victim face up in the shallow water. 45 minutes, 1 instructor: 8 children.
