Description
Automation & Smart Systems Engineering Lab is an advanced robotics program for ages 10–14 focused on sensors, control systems, and intelligent automation. Students explore how machines detect, respond, and make decisions using real-world robotics platforms.
Participants design automated systems using sensors such as ultrasonic, light, and touch inputs, while applying programming logic to control movement, speed, and response behaviors. Through project-based challenges, students learn feedback loops, control mechanisms, and real engineering principles used in modern industries.
This program builds analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on technical expertise — preparing students for advanced robotics, mechatronics, and future engineering pathways.
