Join us for an active parent/caregiver and baby line dance class. Line dancing with babies is a fantastic, rhythmic way to bond with your little one while staying active. Enjoy a gentle warm-up and strengthening routines for your postpartum body. Along with other new parents and caregivers, you will learn line dance terminology, practise step combinations at a slow and easy pace, and dance to a wide variety of line dance music.
This class is suitable for parents and caregivers with pre-mobile babies. Crawling and cruising are welcome; however, the class is not suitable for children who are already walking. You must have a secure and supportive baby carrier. Babies are not used as props—they can hang out, bounce, rest or snooze with you while you participate in the class. No experience is necessary.
