Description
This volunteer program is designed for teens aged 13 to 15 interested in future employment as Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors. Pool Leaders assist with swimming lessons, learn from experienced lifeguards and develop their leadership skills. In exchange for a minimum volunteer commitment of a one week session, Pool Leaders receive a volunteer certificate, final evaluation and a full summer swim pass. (Swim pass will be issued following the completion of the session of volunteering). Participants must have or be planning to work on their Bronze Medallion.
