Team members will learn starts, turns, strokes, and how to build endurance. Designed for swimmers in currently at a 'Swimmer 5' to 'Swimmer 9' swimming ability. Swimmers must have completed 'Swimmer 4' and must be comfortable in deep water before enrolling in this program.
