Leader in Training 1

This program is the first step in the Leadership Training Continuum. It consists of 14 classroom hours and placement hours. Some topics covered are communication skills, leadership styles and child development. Placement hours can be used towards high school volunteer hours. Participants MUST attend ALL classes and complete all placement hours/assignments in order to receive certification. PREREQUISITES: This program is a prerequisite for the Leader in Training 2 program.
