Description
Studies show that walking in nature grounds us, improves our mood and well being and promotes new connections between the brain cells. Each week we will explore a different trail around London and take the time to learn about the plants, birds and animals that populate our woods. Suggested for individuals who are comfortable with uneven terrain and looking to take in all the benefits of being outdoors. Please arrive weekly with running or hiking shoes, a hat, possibly bug spray/sun screen and a water bottle.
