Wall Pilates is a more advanced practice done utilizing the wall to complete controlled exercises that compile with the 6 Principles of Pilates (Control, Centering, Concentrate, Flow, Precision and Breath) to enhance your established muscle groups, increase your joint range of movement and augment your strong core strength. The movements build upon each other including poses like The Roll Down, The Tower, Standing Scooter and many more challenging positions.
