Description
This recertification course is for certified National Lifeguard (NL) Program lifeguards. This recertification includes the 2020 National Lifeguard Pool guidelines. You must bring your NL Certification Card or valid LSS ID code with you to the course. This is a re-exam situation and involves lifeguarding skills, first aid skills, fitness skills and situations. It is physically demanding, and we highly encourage candidates to practice and review first aid skills along with all NL skills including the 400m swim prior to attending.
