This class is for those with experience in Tai Chi and the beginner who has always wanted to understand and explore the physical benefits of the practice. Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese exercise designed to relax the body and mind, improve concentration, and develop balance, flexibility and strength. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Various styles my be practiced.
