Description

This level 1 partnered exercise program with the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA) is designed for older adults who have not engaged in an exercise routine recently or feel that their mobility is challenged. This is a 60-minute group exercise class designed to address areas of functional fitness (strength, cardiovascular conditioning/stamina, flexibility, and balance).
