Build strength, confidence, and coordination in this music-driven kickboxing class. You will learn punches, kicks, and footwork and build each combo in 3 steps: clean mechanics, guided tempo, then full rhythm to the music. Expect quick mobility or strength mini-blocks between rounds to keep your posture strong and your movement sharp.
