Take your training to the next level! Designed for participants who have completed the introductory level or have some prior kickboxing experience. This class builds on foundational skills with more advanced combinations, footwork, timing, and defensive techniques. You’ll challenge your endurance, speed, and precision while continuing to develop strength and confidence. Boxing/Bag gloves are required for this program.
