Description

This level 2 partnered exercise program with the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging (CCAA) is designed for older adults who are regular exercisers or feel that they currently have a moderate (very few limitations) to high level of functional mobility. This is a 60-minute group exercise class designed to address areas of functional fitness (strength, cardiovascular conditioning/stamina, flexibility, and balance).
