An invitation to slow down, listen inward, and return to a status of ease and coherence through the healing power of sound.

Facilitated by a certified Voice and Sound Healing Practitioner, these session weave together intentional sound, resonance, and silence to help calm stress responses, support emotional regulation, and encourage deeper, more restful sleep.
