Step platforms may be incorporated to enhance coordination and elevate your heart rate. Class finishes with a restorative cool‑down featuring stretching, flexibility work, foam rolling, and yoga-inspired movements to release tightness in the hips, shoulders, and other key areas. Mat exercises are included, so participants should feel comfortable transitioning to and from the floor.
