Description

Gentle Yoga offers a calming, accessible approach to traditional Hatha Yoga, emphasizing a strong mind‑body connection through slow, mindful movement. Students move through classic Asanas at an easy pace, allowing time to build awareness, confidence, and comfort in each posture.
This class prioritizes safety and is suitable for all levels — beginners are warmly welcomed. Sessions include guided breathing techniques, strengthening standing poses, floor work, gentle stretching, and a restorative relaxation period.
Participants are encouraged to dress in layers and bring a light blanket to enhance comfort during the final relaxation.
