Flow through a dynamic blend of yoga, Pilates, and functional movement designed to strengthen your core, improve balance, and boost overall flexibility. Each session incorporates a mix of equipment—such as bands, weights, and gliders—alongside body‑weight exercises to create a well‑rounded, energizing workout. You’ll finish feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.
All fitness levels are welcome. Participants should be comfortable getting down to and up from the floor.
