You’ll move through gentle core and strength exercises inspired by yoga, pilates, and mindful breathwork—each one aimed at re‑activating your core, rebuilding confidence, and easing tension.
Pre‑mobile babies are welcome to join you on the mat, and the class is just as perfect for mamas who prefer some solo time and choose to leave their babies with a caregiver. It’s a space to move, restore, and feel supported in your postpartum journey.
