Inspired by Rosalie Favell: Belonging, on view now at the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery, this workshop series will explore family archives as inspiration. We will be using collage and multi-media artmaking to explore personal, and cultural histories. Facilitated by a dedicated team of volunteers, participants can build connections, foster conversation, and support wellness through artmaking. This series is designed to accommodate all skill levels, so join us as a beginner or as someone with years of experience.
We would like to invite participants to bring copies of family recipes, photos, and other mementos to draw inspiration from.
