Description

Lane Swim
A scheduled swim time for continuous lap swimming and fitness swimming. Swimmers share designated lanes (fast/medium/slow) and are encouraged to choose a lane that matches their pace and ability. Lane availability and pool configuration may vary by location and scheduled use. All participants must follow pool admission and lane etiquette guidelines. Appropriate lane selection may change depending on current users.

Some of our lane swims include access to sauna.

Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to start of program.
