Description

Join local teen author Chloe, author of "I'm OK and Other Things I Say", for a three-part creative writing workshop designed for youth ages 12-16. Through storytelling activities, creative writing exercises, and group discussion, participants will explore their ideas, build confidence in their unique voice, and learn how stories can help us express ourselves and connect with others.

Whether you're new to writing or already love telling stories, this workshop offers a welcoming space to be creative, develop your writing skills, and create a story of your own. All supplies are included, and each participant's completed story will be professionally printed and bound to take home.

A special author reception will take place on Wednesday, November 18 at Kitchener City Hall, where participants will have the opportunity to share their stories with family and friends and celebrate their accomplishments. Participation in the sharing component is optional. Light refreshments will be provided.
