Aquafit - Cardio Combined

A single instructor leads both a shallow- and deep-water cardio class. Participants will take part in a variety of guided movements designed to increase heart rate, build endurance, and support overall fitness. Using the resistance of the water, this class provides an effective low-impact workout with reduced stress on joints. Suitable for participants who are comfortable in both shallow and deep water, with exercise options that may be adapted to meet individual needs.
