Aquafit - Deep Cardio

A deep-water fitness class focused on cardiovascular exercise and endurance. Participants will take part in a variety of guided movements designed to elevate heart rate, build stamina, and support overall fitness. Exercises are preformed suspended in deep water with the use of a flotation device. Exercises provide a low-impact workout with added resistance and minimal stress on joints. Suitable for participants who are comfortable in deep water, with exercise options that may be adapted to meet individual needs.

Offered in the main pool (capacity 20), pool temp 84 degrees F, wheelchair accessible, ladder entry.

Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program.
