Description

A low-impact water fitness class held in a warm-water pool. Participants will take part in a variety of guided exercises designed to support cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance. The warm-water environment offers gentle resistance and added comfort for a range of fitness and mobility levels. Exercises may be adapted to meet individual needs.

Offered in warm pool (capacity 12), pool temp 94 degrees F, wheelchair accessible via ramp.

Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program.
