Enrollment opens August 18, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.This program is geared toward former and current aquatic athletes/triathletes and dedicated adult swimmers looking for serious early morning workouts. The provided workouts, that include all four strokes, kicking, drill and pull, are 75 minutes in length and range between 2500 to 3000 metres. Previous swim experience is certainly an asset.
