Vendor registration is online through ActiveNet!
You will be able to view the gym floor plan and select your preferred table directly through the online ActiveNet system.
The maximum allocation is two tables per vendor. For the purposes of this event, "vendor" includes any business, partnership, household, family-operated enterprise, or group selling substantially similar products. Event organizers reserve the right to determine when multiple applications constitute a single vendor and to enforce the two-table maximum accordingly.
Registration opens: Tuesday, August 11 at 8:30 a.m., in-person or online.
Event location: Breithaupt Centre gymnasium
Event date: Saturday, November 14, 9:30-2:30pm
Vendor setup: Saturday, November 14, 2026 from 7:30-9:00 a.m.
Open to everyone: You do not need to live in Kitchener to register
The waiver must be read in full and signed to participate.
