Description

AquaCycle combines the benefits of cycling with the resistance of water while riding a stationary bike submerged in chest deep water. Classes are led by certified instructors and offer a high-energy, low-impact workout suitable for individuals of all fitness levels with a focus on cardio and muscle conditioning. Wearing closed-toe water shoes is required. Sandals or clogs are not permitted. Shorts are highly recommended to increase comfort on the bike.
