Description

Blend traditional Yoga poses with strength training using light to medium dumbbells and/or body weight. Designed to increase flexibility, build muscle, improve balance, and elevate the heart rate. Classes will incorporate core Yoga poses, Vinyasa flows, and balancing poses while connecting to the breath with awareness and focus. Yoga experience is recommended.

Drop in if spaces are available - $6 per visit (register over the phone or in person same day).
