Description

Designed for brand-new students or students returning to Yoga who want a refresher training on safe alignment, body awareness, breath connection and confidence in foundational Yoga. Learn core standing, balancing, seated and lying down poses, and practice simple flow sequences while connecting to the breath in a slow and mindful pace. Wear stretchy, breathable clothing and practice barefoot.

Drop in if spaces are available - $6 per visit (register over the phone or in person same day).
