Description

Get ready to learn to race in this program geared towards 6–12-year-olds who are looking for a fun, team-oriented challenge outside regular swimming lessons. Participants will train with their team each week, completing drills, improving their strokes, and challenging their personal bests.

Level Focuses On:
-Front crawl, Back crawl & Breaststroke
-Endurance training
-Race training, and teambuilding

Prerequisites: Participants must have successfully completed Child 4 or be able to complete the City of Kitchener's swim admission test to participate. Prerequisites will be assessed by the instructor on the first day of the program.
