Description

Fit Minds® is a specialized cognitive stimulation program designed for older adults to support and promote brain health. Through interactive worksheets and group discussions, participants work on activities that challenge memory, math skills, language, and problem-solving. Led by certified Fit Minds® Coaches, each session offers a supportive space to connect and boost well-being.
