Description

A welcoming, inclusive social group for individuals living with dementia or memory loss and their caregivers. Join us every 2nd and 4th Tuesday for engaging activities, informal conversation, and opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences, building a sense of community and belonging. Please note: Caregivers must register and attend with the participant.
