Stay Active and Social with Our Drop-In Recreational Program for Older Adults! Cost: $2.00+ HST drop-in fee per visit
Looking for a fun and friendly way to stay fit and meet new people? This non-competitive program is perfect for adults 55+. This program uses a softer ball, making it easier on the joints than traditional volleyball. All skill levels are welcome—whether you're new to the game or a seasoned player.
Registration not required. Drop-in program and pay as you play. First come, first serve. Waiver to be signed at front desk. Cap of 20.
