A calming, low-impact class for older adults that links gentle movements with steady breathing. A mindful blend of yoga and light strength work that include mat work. Designed to support flexibility, balance, and coordination, this class encourages smooth, natural movement in a comfortable and supportive setting, with modifications for all abilities. Please bring your own mat and yoga blocks if you have them
