Description

Designed for youth who are eager to learn and develop the core fundamentals of volleyball in a fun, supportive, and active environment. Participants will build essential skills including serving, passing, setting, hitting, movement, and court awareness through age-appropriate drills, skill stations, and team activities. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, coordination, teamwork, communication, and confidence building. Each session provides opportunities to apply newly learned skills through modified games and scrimmages, preparing players for the next stage of volleyball development.
