Description

This progressive program is designed for teens who are ready to strengthen their volleyball skills and gain a deeper understanding of the game. Building on fundamental techniques, participants will refine serving, passing, setting, attacking, defensive play, court positioning, and team strategies through structured drills and game-based learning. Players will develop confidence, improve athletic performance, and learn how to work effectively within a team environment. Sessions include skill development, tactical instruction, and full-court game play to help participants advance their volleyball abilities and prepare for recreational or competitive play.
