Description

Fit Minds is a specialized cognitive stimulation program designed for older adults to support and promote brain health. Through interactive worksheets and group discussion, participants work on activities that challenge memory, math skills, language and problem solving. Led by certified Fit Minds Coaches, each session offers a supportive space to connect and boost well being.
