A gentle, mindful blend of yoga and light strength work. In Flowga, we move with intention-focusing on balance, mobility, and connection to self. Expect a soothing flow that includes mat work, breath awareness, and simple strength patterns to support daily life. Move with love, move with purpose, move for you. Please bring your own mat and yoga blocks if you have them.
