Description

Participants will explore nutrition fundamentals, practice safe food handling, and discover how to read and understand food labels to make informed choices. The class encourages confidence in the kitchen and helps build lifelong healthy eating habits. *Please note, products used in the class may include gluten, dairy, meat, eggs and nuts or nut by products.
